Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using the Enhancer app and website, including credit-based photo enhancement features, referral rewards, and subscription access.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required by your country) to use Enhancer. You are responsible for any account, referral, and device-level actions linked to your Apple ID and app store account.

Use of the App

You are responsible for the images you upload. You must only use photos and content you have legal rights to process. Enhancements are best-effort features and results may vary depending on source quality, format, and content.

Credits and Subscriptions

Enhancer uses credits for successful photo enhancements. Subscriptions and credit packs are offered through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat for entitlement flow. Subscription credits and bonus rewards are bound by active purchase and promotional terms.

Billing and Restore

All charges, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Refund and charge disputes are handled by Apple. You can restore prior purchases from the same Apple account when switching devices.

License and IP

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Enhancer for personal use of the app according to platform rules. You keep ownership of your original photos. Enhanced outputs are for your use under normal usage terms, unless restricted by other applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Enhancer to process illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing content, to automate abuse or fraud, or to interfere with core backend/payment systems.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Access can vary by region, app version, and platform requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Enhancer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific enhancement outcomes.
