This Privacy Policy explains how Enhancer handles information in our image enhancement app, subscription system, and support pages.
Information We Process
When you use Enhancer, we may process information related to:
- Image metadata and image content you intentionally choose to enhance.
- Account, referral, and device identifiers needed for credits, subscriptions, and restore.
- Purchase status and entitlement information from our payment infrastructure.
- Technical logs that help us improve reliability and diagnose issues.
Service Providers
Enhancer works with trusted service providers, including Firebase (app analytics and backend), RevenueCat (entitlement and subscription state), and Apple App Store infrastructure for payment processing. Your data may also be processed by our hosting and deployment provider to deliver the website pages you are reading now.
Purchases
All paid credits and subscriptions are sold only through the App Store. We do not handle card numbers directly. We only receive purchase status data needed to grant the credits, apply promotions, and restore eligibility for returning users.
How Information Is Used
- To process image enhancements and return results to your device.
- To manage credits, referral rewards, subscriptions, and restore flow.
- To comply with fraud-prevention and abuse prevention requirements.
- To fix product issues and improve product quality.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not keep enhanced image output longer than necessary for the service workflow. Metadata and technical records can be kept temporarily for diagnostics and then removed according to our retention schedule. If you want details on deletion for your account, write to the address below.
Your Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may request access, correction, export, and account deletion related to your personal data. Contact us with a clear request and account details if applicable.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and during processing. No system can be perfectly secure, and you should use the app within your own device security settings.
